- How do I place an order? All orders are placed through our online website www.coastalhighrise.com
- Can I cancel or edit my order? In the event you wish to cancel your order or change the information on your order, please contact us immediately upon placing your orders. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order.
- Can I use a discount code? Discount code can be applied during checkout, but only one discount code can be used per order.
- Where does Coastal & High Rise ship to? We currently ship worldwide
- How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE for all orders. However, import taxes and customs clearance fees are buyers' responsibility. If you opt for freight shipping via a 3rd party, buyers will be the responsible for shipping charges.
- When will my order ship? How long will it take me to receive my order? Once you place an order, processing takes 1-2 business days. MANY OF THE ITEMS ARE HANDCRAFTED AND MADE ON DEMAND. PLEASE ALLOW 1-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
- How do I track my package? Tracking information will be emailed to the email address placed with your order once your item has been shipped.
- Help! My tracking number isn't working? In a few cases, it takes the carrier 1-2 business days to register and update tracking the number. If your tracking number still has not been updated or working after this time frame, please contact our support team to assist you further.
- Can I return or exchange my item? If there is an issue, please contact our support team for help.YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. It can be returned or exchanged within 30 DAYS of the date you receive it. Absolutely no exchanges or returns will be made after 30 days. The item should remain new and uninstalled and in orginal packaging.
- What if my light fixture is not working upon installation? This is extremely unlikely, but in the event that this happens, please notify us immediately. We will ship you a new one immediately!
